In 1860, the county of Nice, and the county of Savoie have benn attached to France, after a vote. Before this historic date, the main exchanges and trade were important with the Ubaye valley and poor with the alpes maritimes region. It explains the roof architecture inspired by the northern alps valleys.

You will love walking in the alleyways, with plenty of sundials, and beautiful alpine architecture



Upon arrival in the village, you will visit the main church and its belltower from the 18th century.

Inside, this church contains beutiful paintings.

Also, you will love the classified Saint Marguerite chapel from the 15th century.
